How can I check my order status?

To see the status of your order, log into your account and visit the "My Orders" section. Here, you will find the latest updates on your order, such as "Pending," "Processing," "In Progress," "Completed," "Canceled," or "Partial."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why is my order delayed?

Order processing can take between 24 and 72 hours. Delays usually happen when the system is handling more orders than it can process efficiently. Common reasons for these delays include a large influx of orders or technical difficulties affecting the system's performance.

During times of system overload, orders may be delayed because the volume exceeds the system's processing capacity. This can lead to delays in order handling and fulfillment.

If your order hasn't been completed after 72 hours, it's recommended to contact the owner through the Discord server ( discord.gg/stormpanel ) for further assistance.

What does "partial" mean?

A "Partial" status means that the system was unable to complete your entire order, and you'll receive a refund for the portion that wasn't delivered. For instance, if you ordered 10,000 units for €10 and only 9,000 units were delivered, you will be refunded for the 1,000 units (which would be €1 in this case).

This issue is generally resolved within 24 to 72 hours. If not, it may be worth considering another service provider.

Why did my bots drop?

There are several reasons why your order may have decreased:

- Fast Services: Opting for quicker services can lead to a higher drop rate. Waiting for higher-quality service is often more effective.

- No Refill Option: If you chose a service without a refill option, no replacements are provided if there are drops.

- Algorithm Changes: Updates to social media algorithms can affect service quality and result in a decrease.

- Service Quality: A decline in the quality of the service may cause your order to drop.

- Customer Behavior: Changes in how your target audience interacts with social media, such as invalid links, private accounts, or failing to follow instructions, can impact your order.

- Technical Problems: Issues with the system or the social media platform can also contribute to drops.

To minimize these issues, it's advisable to use high-quality services.
